Although costly, it’s served its purpose extremely well for 2 years now. Everyone compliments on how beautiful it is and as long as you’re not 6 feet tall it’s actually comfortable. Not quite so easy though to assemble. Takes patience and time don’t expect to receive it the day before your party and have it set up in time. If you read others reviews they teach you tips and tricks to make assembly much easier.I’ve learned so much by reading Reviews.I live in the Northeast; Snow Belt area of the US so every late Fall/Autumn sadly it gets stored either in my attached garage or out in my shed until Springtime comes around again. If you have “littles” they’ll love it too. It comes with 3 small separate seats.End result was "okay" and probably fair for the price. But it was not easy.First two boxes arrived (on time) yesterday. Second two boxes arrived today. The assembly was indeed as bad as many reviewers have said. As a fairly 'handy' person and veteran of many 'assemble it yourself' items, I will say this was as bad as it gets. You must pay VERY close attention to the instructions re: which screws to use where, and that's really not terribly clear. Parts are not numbered or readily identified, just gives measurements. Be ready to have a metric ruler to identify if you need the 35mm or 55mm or etc. screw because they're NOT well packaged or helpfully labeled as "A" or "B" or etc.Holes didn't line up, even when leaving everything 'loose' until final assembly. Had to use crowbars and levers to make it work, and even then about 10% of connections are just "yeah... no way that's happening". Used a drill with a 10mm socket head for assembly - would have been sheer torture trying to do it with the provided allen-wrench. At least all the screws and bolts are 10mm, so that's all you need.Final outcome is... okay. Pretty sturdy even with some connections not complete. The plastic 'wicker' seems strong enough and certainly did not 'fall apart as I was assembling' as some have said. Not as 'short' as some have said - seating height for me (6' tall) seemed fine. Yes, it's probably not as large as the photos suggest - look at the measurements. Size was actually perfect for our needs in our space - Wanted it to fit in the corner of our deck, didn't want a 'jumbo' size arrangement.Yes, cushions are thin, but not terrible. Reasonably comfy to sit on and table-height is good with seating height. Seat cushions are about 3" thick, back cushions more like 2" and definitely marginal - but was planning to add throw-pillows anyway.Have not yet assembled the stools/ottomans. Will revise if needed based on that.I did not buy this set expecting it to 'weather' well out in the open. It's too big to take inside over the winter, and we don't want to hassle with pulling the cushions off & storing when not in use, So I have bought covers for it when not in use. Will revise review over time / as appropriate for durability. All in all... about what I expected for the price and would have probably rated it a '4', but assembly costs it a star. These arrived on quickly and on schedule, packaging was good. Note - this arrives in four large heavy boxes. No damage in shipment. I was missing a piece of one of the ottomans (side piece) but seller was quick to respond. It did take some time to arrive as it shipped from China (the original order was shipped from a USA location). It was relatively easy to put together. Suggest power screwdriver and 2 people. The washers are thin, and tend to stick together so make sure you are only using one each time. Also suggest starting each screw/bolt in a section before tightening. Did have some trouble lining up some of the screws, but eventually all fit together well. It took us about 3 hours total, with a few breaks for one or both of us. If you use the allen wrenches it comes with, plan on it taking much much longer! As stated in other reviews, this is a low setting sofa, but not uncomfortable. My husband if 6'1" and I am 5'7" and it is OK for us. Might not be comfortable if you are larger and sitting for long periods of time, but for our use it is good. The cushions are thin - 2 inches as stated but are comfortable, but again if you are planning on sitting for long periods of time, you may want thicker cushions. It is good for a quick afternoon nap :). My husband sat for a few hours working on a computer, and did use one of the ottoman cushions in addition to the regular, and it was fine (he did not try it with just the regular cushion). The table is larger than I had imagined, and takes up a lot of space. It will seat 4 people nicely and 6 pretty well. It is dining table height, so it does seem a bit tall if you are sitting on the sectional. Our intention is to also use it as extra seating for company dinners as our dining table is small and only seats 4, so for us, it is perfect. Will probably use chairs rather than the sectional for meals. If you don't plan on using the table for sit-down meals, then I would suggest another set with more of a coffee table size table.Overall, a very good set for the price. So far sturdy, and comfortable for our needs. Fits our small space nicely. Colors are neutral, and easy to accent. The photo is right after assembly and does not include the ottomans. We assembled this set relatively easy; however, there were some very difficult issues getting attachment holes lined up, actually had to leave some screws out, very difficult assembly. All parts were accounted for, the cushions matched and table matched so we were happy there. Seems fairly comfortable, yet sturdiness through use is TBD...(purchased in aug 2020) I love the look of this set. It matches well with my existing patio furniture. After have this set for nearly two years, one of the seat cushion tore along the seam. It wasn't under any excessive use. I noticed it after it had been covered during the winter. Maybe it dry rotted? Disappointed for sure. That can be hidden or poorly repaired, but the table is another story. After one season, not year, the boards on the table bowed and came unscrewed. This material they are made of chips off and now the screws have nothing to bite into. I'm likely going to replace the boards with real wood and a glass topper. Other than that, if you get a cover for the seats, the wicker holds up. I'm not seeing any broken pieces of wicker after two years.
