Chair shipped quickly, everything was in 1 big box. Instructions were only diagrams, but it wasn't difficult to assemble, it's pretty easy to tell what piece is for. A small allen wrench is included, but a ratcheting wrench will make labor MUCH easier. If all the bolts are tight the chair is very study yet comfortable.I ran into some problems with the ottoman, 2 pieces simply did not match the rest. They were correctly labeled but the dimensions were wrong. I finally realized the wrong pieces must have been included in the set. I contacted Kinbor via Amazon and received a prompt and courteous reply. After confirming the pieces were wrong they quickly shipped me the correct parts and I was able to finish assembly. Now I can relax and enjoy!Nice chairs comfortable cushions. Back cushion could be a little bigger. The hidden ottoman is awesome and a space saver.The instructions suck but the chair is nice! I wish the back was a little taller.This was difficult to put together. I’ve purchased wicker furniture in the past that I had to assemble but this one was much more difficult. None of the holes lined up easily. The placement was also difficult to access often. The cushions are nice and it’s usable but I’m disappointed. The back is also very low so lounging isn’t really an option.This was NOT an easy assembly, as directions were not clear. I had this just 1 week and the cushions started breaking down. I use the furniture daily and ieven doubled the seat with the foot cushion. It has become so uncomfortable it hurts to sit for just 10 mins. I've pulled out my sports chairs for my guests until I can find 4" foam at a reasonable price. 4" Dense foam is very expensive and the chair was not cheap. So no matter what you buy check for dense foam, otherwise whatever you're buying will cost an extra $100 + to make it comfortable.I cannot recommend this product AT ALL.I have it on my balconyVery comfortable and sturdy!Looks big but fit perfectly on our narrow porch. Really like it!
