I was worried about how this would come together. It's a big ticket item that requires assembling. My husband is extremely handy and it took him 3 hours. All parts were there. Even extra nuts and bolts. The quality is amazing! Everything arrived 100% perfect. The woven webbing is smooth and sturdy. The style is so much more upscale than the normally blocky patio furniture. I am most impressed with the quality of the cushions and fabric. Be aware, that even though the ad says 'RED' it is not. It is a terra cotta or orange/rust color. I know that ordering online can be random, but I would not hesitate to buy this product. It is about 1/3 of what the big box stores are offering and much more stylish! (I gave it a 4 star review because it was time-consuming and challenging to assemble.)This patio set is very pretty and shockingly simple to assemble. The only negative is the seatback cushions are absolutely undefiled for no apparent reason making the chairs uncomfortable to sit back in.Please Note: I figured out pretty early on why people are saying the screws don't lign up. DON'T tighten your screws until you have the entire chair assembled, only thread about 1/4 of the way. You will need some wiggle room to get everything lined up correctly and then you can torque it down. It's not that the screws strip, it's the actual allen wrench provided that is made out of soft metal and will round off. I got a Allen wrench out of my toolbox and didn't have any issues. I recommend this set.1. Criticism of not being waterproof - haven’t found one yet that stays dry2. Holes not aligned. A few issues but I’m 73 yrs old and I figured it out. Assembled it myself.3. Instructions not clear. I just followed the picturesPositives - very comfortable, love the high backs, feels very sturdy. Purchased almost the same one from another store but delivery messed up so returned it, this one was about $200 less and had additional chair and ottoman.Cons - none yetJust finished out patio and pool and was looking for quite a while online at sectionals. So much is out of stock or not shipping until the summer is over so it was frustrating. Did not want something super cheap but also couldn't buy some of these sets where one chair cost $500.Even though this was a touch higher cost then what we were originally looking at and a bigger set then I thought we needed/wanted. (just two of us and we entertain rarely)I still wanted seating for the few times we had guests (and options on how to set up) but room for us to stretch out. I also wanted an ottoman but this set even came with 2 as well as the standalone chair.Ended up being better than we thought. Best part took maybe 30 minutes to put this together! The seating all comes in one piece you only need to clip on the legs (which is one piece for each seat). Took longer to open and remove from shipping boxes!Cant speak to how long the set will last but so far we are satisfied with our purchase so far.Also arrived sooner than expected in 4 separate boxes. Of course all the legs came in the same box after all others arrived.I would love to be able to buy additionally pieces separately (like another arm chair) to add to the set in the future but they do not sell them separate.Pros of this set: Cushions are comfortable, easy to clean off, and appear to be sturdy. The color is exactly as described and it looks good on my porch.Cons of this set: Not very well made. When my husband was assembling it, the highlock nut or seater nut pulled out of the hole so he had to improvise. Also, you'll need a different set of tools. The allen wrench isn't real helpful putting it together. You will need two sets of hands and good engineering skills to get this set together so it's sturdy. Hopefully it lasts, but for what wr paid it's not a bad set. In the future, I will just save money and buy a more sturdy set though.This furniture is excellent, looks great and is very comfortable, however assembly was difficult. Last screws would not line up on one of the chairs and the couch. After reassembling and trying to connect different parts in different order , no matter what, the last screw just wouldn’t line up enough to connect.First of all, this patio set came one week ahead of schedule...... just in time for Mother’s Day! My husband and son put it together quickly and effortlessly. It’s very comfortable and looks great on my patio. The only thing that I don’t like about the cushions is the fact that they seem to attract and hold every piece of lint, dirt, hair, fuzz, etc ! I would recommend to family and friends!The product is very nice looking overall. Assembly was fairly easy but the tool that's included is crap. (They usually are). Very comfortable. The only problem was one of the backs of the chairs was defective. I contacted customer service immediately and was told they are sending a new chair back. It was definitely worth the price as some of the sets are upwards of 2000.00. It seems sturdy and I guess time will tell. I would buy it again.
