Product was delivered in three phases, furniture in about three days after order, then the fire pit was a couple days later. Put it all together and found the cushion covers was not delivered. Sent email to seller and they responded a day later to tell me to please be patient and allow one more day for delivery. It did come within 2 more days. For the price it is decent and really pleased with it. I had one of the rubber grommets for the glass was missing but cut a piece down out of cork. I couldn't give it a 5 for this reason, but am pleased with the response and producti was worried at first because i received some boxes and it appeared the order to be incomplete. But i finally received the last shipment of boxes. i like this modern set a lot. The seller is very attentive at responding to messages. I would recommend this patio set. By the way this product arrived before the expected delivery date.Very poor customer service , I received my order in good condition the issue was several of the cushions were depleted looking and did not look like the others that filled out the cushion covers the depleted ones were wrinkled they were not comfortable to sit on and I sent photos and a statement about them I was told they would get the issue resolved a week later I receive a set of cushion covers and not cushion inserts I notified them of the mistake they apologized and said they would correct it a week later I get a very large box on my porch inside is several cushions that are in a different color and are a lot larger than the cushions cushions are on my set it also included a coffee table and a part of a outdoor sofa which was in brown mine was in black I asked them about this via email their reply was they didn’t know what size my cushions were which is very disturbing as they have the product at their warehouse and should know what they sent me by looking at my order at this point in time I am going to my local patio store with a cushion in hand to talk to a representative there about just purchasing it them from their store as I cannot get the customer service department to get The issue resolved. The product itself I was happy with except for the issue with a few of the cushions which should have been a simple let me get three cushions Inserts that are in good shape What them in a box and send them to me. But unfortunately this did not happen after several emails and pictures back-and-forth over a few weeks I receive things that I don’t want now I have to deal with. I would be very cautious of buying anything from this supplier as if your order is not right the first time you may be in for a nightmare trying to get it resolved.I assembled it myself. The trick is to insert all the screws without tightening until all of them are in. Once assembled it seems to be sturdy enough. I love the high backs, it makes them more comfortable. I only wished the pieces were sold individually to add them as I wish.Very well made! We really enjoy sitting out on the back deck now this couch makes it very inviting!Great quality at a bargain priceExactly as advertised. Very sturdy and beautiful.
