Very comfortable. Got thin cushion for an even better comfort. Suoer easy to put together. Very light weight yet pretty sturdy. Very happy with product.I bought two sets (4 chairs). They are very well made and sturdy. It took me about 20 minutes per chair but I was taking my time to get it right and to not scratch them. Be advised..Have your own wrench or pliers to do the job. Yes they give you one but not the best if you want to ensure the bolts are tight. Great quality and look fantastic. Nice wide seats that take a standard pillow. I probably won't stack them. I can see the coating will scratch and peel. It has a high gloss deep bronze look. The detailing on the back and between the legs adds an elegant touch. Highly recommend this product. My other chairs on the deck are wrought Iron and although these chairs are not they blend well. These are really nice looking chairs that are being used on my porch. The hammered finish is a nice feature. The instructions were clear and the assembly was easy except for the final tightening of the eight bolts. The four legs would never end up on the same plane. The solution turned out to be to lightly snug the nuts, then to have a second person sit in the chair while applying the final torque. Of course the floor needs to be flat. These are nice chairs. I would not call them restaurant level sturdy, but they are pretty stout. I bought cast aluminum because I live in the PNW and did not want any more plastic chairs that don't last, or steel chairs that will rust in the rain and stain my patio surface, or wood chairs I have to refinish annually. Also, as they wear, I can just go buy a few cans of bronze hammerite type paint and refinish them in the long term. I'll get several years out of the thick powder coated bronze finish these came with. They look great and my wife and I really like the extra flair these have with the floral like pattern work mixed in with the weave look. Nice touch.Super easy to assemble. They are a little rocky from the four legs because aluminum is so stiff, but the leveling legs seem to do the job. We have a stamped concrete patio, so it's not exactly a flat reference. I do suggest some blue loc tite on the leveling legs. Dragging them around without it getting annoying tinny noise is nice. Yes, to be fair, I'm a bit OCD on things like this. Once these don't rattle, moving them around on concrete sounds solid like a restaurant grade chair.Next will be our cast aluminum table from the same provider. It's not here yet, but if it's as good as these chairs, I'll be drafting another happy customer review in a week or so. We find the Christopher Knight products to be exceptional for their price point. We just couldn't find the full table chair/table style set we wanted. We liked the chairs or the table, but never both. So we bought these chairs and found a very similar table. Our pricing is coming in at least 10-50% less than the matched sets we considered from this manufacturer and others.I look forward to the next 10-20 years with these chairs for our outdoor festivities. I think they will last that long, maybe more if they survive the wildcard, our pre-teen boy.We have several different cast aluminum chairs and tables on our patio and decks, all made in China for different vendors. These two chairs are fairly heavy castings and relatively sturdy. The finish is a little darker than we'd prefer, but we knew that going in based upon the photos provided (they would be nicer looking with a little more bronze or copper color, but we like the dark hammered finish more than plain cast iron black). As with most China made aluminum castings, they did not assemble with the legs level regardless of whether you put someone in the chair during assembly... one chair a bit more pronounced than the other. To be fair, it's tough to manufacture bolt-together castings and have the assembled chairs consistently come out with all four legs touching. I don't like having to use the adjustable feet, however, and fixing the problem is easy. First find a level section of floor (concrete slabs generally aren't very flat). Take two small wooden blocks (6" lengths of 2x4 is perfect) and place one under each of the two legs that are touching. Then get your weight over the chair and apply a fair amount of force on the two opposite corners of the chair, pushing the legs that weren't touching toward the floor. The goal is to "over twist" the chair in the opposite direction that it's twisted, to slightly overcome the spring in the metal tabs that bolts pass thru. You don't want to push hard enough to potentially break the chair, but aluminum, even cast, will "give" a fair amount. But it will also break, so start out with only moderate force. Remove the chair from the blocks and test it... twist it again a little harder if the first attempt didn't resolve the problem. being sensitive to the "feel" of the metal as you push. The worse of our two chairs was initially off by about 1/4" and this process easily (and permanently) squared up the chair. Both now sit perfectly on our balcony with the feet adjusted all the way in where I like them. Packaging was okay, but we did have a couple of minor chips in the paint from parts bumping each other in shipment, but these were small and easily touched up with a black Sharpie and fortunately not in visible locations. Bottom line: nice chairs, plenty sturdy, well-made, a little too dark a finish. Will likely buy another set.Best looking, sturdy, weather friendly, comfortable chairs . Bought 8 last year plus two more this spring for big parties. Really happy with these chairs.I have ten of these chairs. It didn’t start out that way, I bought four with a table. Then, since I had a second table I bought 6 more to go with it. They are sturdy and actually comfortable for having no cushion. I just bought the thin tie cushions from Lowes to add a little style.Easy to assemblePurchased these chairs to go with our small bronze patio table. The package arrived ahead of schedule..They are solid and sturdy and match the table in design and colour.Chairs were easily assembled; they are fairly comfortable for sitting but we may add cushions at a later date. They were much less expensive than similar chairs seen at outdoor furniture stores and online. We are considering buying two more.I couldn’t believe How sturdy and high quality these chairs are. Exceeded my expectations. Wide and comfortable with nice armrests, no need for cushions. Also very easy to assemble. I bought two sets and would order more in the future. The chairs are great, well made, sturdy, but we like a straight back, then within days of our purchase there was a great reduction in price, and they would not adjust our account, so we sent them back, too badI bought 4 packs of these chairs. Some were not perfect but in general these are great chairs. They're heavy and overall the quality is good. The customer service is also great and they were able to quickly solve my issue.Chair is as described, Some sharp edges if Grabbed the wrong way, The feet are not much good on ConcreteI am very happy with my purchase.
